Everything you need to know about the process

Instead of simply making purchases through our website, we believe in taking the time to get to know your art and unique vision. That’s why we ask that you get in contact with us so we can provide a specialist service for your creations. It’s longer we know, but our service is unmatched for a reason!

  1. First, you'll need to send beat and clean vocal stems of song/songs to hello@capeparadise.co.uk. Feel free to include reference tracks!

(We recommend using WeTransfer.com, it's free and easy to use!)

Let us know if you’d like any upgrades or extras too! This can be done in the message box on Wetransfer or separately via an email / direct message on instagram.

For Projects: Please create individual folders for each song's stems, making it easier for us to identify which stem corresponds to which song.

  2. An engineer will be in contact shortly to confirm the files have been received then check over files to make sure things are ready for mixing.

For Projects: This is when we will send a Project Breakdown outlining details of the service. Once this is confirmed by the artist:

  3. An invoice via email will be sent which reflects the first 50% of the service fee.

  4. Once the first invoice is paid the engineer will start the mixing and mastering process.

  5. Upon completing the mix and master, the engineer will send a demo of completed work.

  6. This is the time you can talk about any changes you'd like to be made, bearing in mind the amount of agreed revisions. If the number of revisions have been used up you are able to request more.

  7. Once happy with the final demo, an invoice of the last 50% will then be emailed. Once this is paid, the engineer will send the finished files, these include:

    • Wav & Mp3 files of completed track.

    • Instrumental of tracks.

    • Radio edited Wav & Mp3 files (if requested).
